  1. NEW HORIZONS - An acrylic painting on a 16 x 20 size canvas board. It appears on the dust jacket of the book, "NEW HORIZONS," a new anthology of old stories compiled by August Derleth, edited by Joseph Wrzos, published by Arkham House in 1998.

According to my dictionary the word, "illusion" means, "erroneous perception of reality," and there is no doubt in my mind that all humans go through life bearing a variety of illusions about most of the things they see, read, and think about.

In Samuel Butler's book, "The Way of All Flesh" he writes that every man's work is a portrait of himself; what you do is who you are. So I wonder, after seeing my web site, exactly what kind of "illusion" have you formed of me in your mind?
